unable to use filezilla to upload my site to fix.x10.bz

It s still not workin i ve cleared my cache, cookies i don t think it s a dns problem coz even the ip dont work 74.86.116.190 i ve tried on other machines, same thing PLIZ HELP

when i try to enter the site through its url or cpanel with the port number appended at the end of the url, it says the page cannot be displayed
