not when hes logging in but when the site loads it gives him that instead of what we can see

Hey all, my website works fine and all can connect apart from my 1 friend, he uses www.orderofthenight.co.cc or its Original url and he gets the error Database Error: MySQL server has gone away File: /home/clowey/public_html/Sources/Security.php Line: 279 Any idea on how to fix this? thanks

The install page dosent appear and when applying for Intermediate PHP Configuration i get error: An Error Has Occurred An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 4) i did try changing to this a few days ago, and same error
