When I try to load my webpage, it comes up with "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

I just setup my new domain (karen.x10.bz) and when I try to check the page out, i get redirected to http://hosting.x10hosting.com which says the domain is not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account. I setup index.php in the public_html and www folders via FTP but no luck. Why does my...
