    Can not open C panel or web page

    Hello I have had this problem of getting into my OWN account and web page. I can not understand what the problem is. I am now using a proxy to check my C panel and site. Could there be a chance that the server is blocking my IP for some reason? and if so can you take care of the issue?

    Hello I am trying to view my web page but it redirects me to a link that says Sorry, 'theoldelement.elementfx.com' does not exist or is not available. How ever when i log in using a proxy it will allow me to the page can this issue be resolved
