I am now able to access cPanel but it's saying that there are no add on domains configured and when I try to re-add it it says that it is already configured. None of my subdomains are showing up on the list either. I also still get the blue page when attempting to access the website.

Hi, sorry for the late reply but yes that's what I mean, it's just showing that blue page. Just tried changing the password now and tried logging into CPanel but it is still saying 'Login attempt failed!' :(

The website is still inaccessible and CPanel just says login attempt failed :(

Hi, I am having trouble accessing my website account. Basically, when I go onto the website www.theandrewmayshow.co.uk I get a forbidden error and when I go on the default domain theandrewmayshow.exofire.net I get an account suspended message for an undefined reason and it can't be inactivity...
