as i have said a few times now , i use SITEGENWIZ client all i needed was the server ftp:// and user and password , none of the ones i was given by the cpanel worked , only the ones posed above by admin worked , why was those setting not in the cpanel . anyway as we can now all see it has not...

hate to complain as it was free hosting , but why on earth didnt the site give me this information in a simple way , i spent hours trying to get this to work , and then you tell me this is the ftp addy etc , there was no way i could have found those settings on the cpanel etc . this im sure...

yes i did use the detail given , but it still wont work aslo tried ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com seems that all servers i used before need ftp:// first , but still not work
