Does the Server support Server Side Includes?

I have requested an upgrade from PHP v1 to PHP v3 to be able to host a forum on my site, I was denied because these forums do not require that version so I was put on PHP v2. I installed the PHPBB forum from the Fantastico link, I thought all was going well but when I go to my forum I get this...

I placed the Ad code at the bottom of my page, I didnt realize it needed to be at the top :dunno: as soon as my site is back up I'll place it at the top of the page ;) Sorry...

I cant access the Ads forum, says I need to be logged in to view the page. Any ideas?
