my site runs on the Starka server, which you guys put Litespeed on as the new backend but, now I get a 404 error on my ENTIRE website. Everything is gone. I cant even login via ftp because it says "Home directory not found" WTF??

This has happened about twice already in the short time (about a week) of having x10 hosting. Ive used x10 in the past and had minimal issues. Right now I can't access my site. I can access ftp just fine, no problem. But when i go to the site, gameswitch.co.cc, i get an error. It's cpanels...

Yeah, it's unfortunately not uncommon with x10. Ive used their service alot and enjoy it when it works. Great service for free so I guess I get what I pay for. I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks for the help though.

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed. The signup has failed as the result of a "system error." I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible. The error code provided is: 384F0062

Apparently its my second, but this is the first time I remember seeing it. So I really only have one more shot at it. Are there known common plug ins that do this?
