I have seen the server status notifications but according to that I should be able to at least log on to my site via ftp or the cpanel. I am still unable to do either. Thanks in advance.

For the last couple of weeks I have been having problems logging on to my account cPanel and also although Frontpage extensions are installed I cannot connect to my site to perform changes. Today ftp was also not working.
