It seems since the night of Oct. 7, cgi scripts quit working. Nothing was changed on my site. Any ideas?

Can't ftp, getting "421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry" I usually use winscp to connect. Sometimes winscp program hangs and I have to kill it. Perhaps it leaves those connections open? In any case, how do I fix this? I can't log in to update my site...

I got it working again. I created .htaccess files in each directory and checked/changed permissions on all files and now it works. Don't understand what changed to stop it in the first place, but oh well, it works now. :)
