The mailbox is empty. But, for me, it somewhere seemed like it was taking some 100s of MB. Admins. Please look into the issue. Update: Now the disk usage seems to be well under the allotted space. Yet, the main site url is delivering a 403 error. Please check.

Okay. I shall wait for something from the admins here. The reason why my db was so heavy was that i didn't have spam filters in place, people spammed my site a lot, but now, i have removed most of it. If increase in disk space will eliminate the problem, i shall apply for it.

@spacresx I need to have a backup of all the files, before i dwell into deleting the extra files. I am not able to find out what is using the extra space in my account, since i have brought the database from 1+ GB to 10 MB now. The files of the up website is about 100 MB, remaining doesn't seem...

Thanks for the feedback. This is noted. @spacresx I know. I had a backup of old files there. But the point is i'm not able to download them and make free space. It downloads as a 0 kb file if i do try.

@ctyrd I deleted some of the data from the database. I think now, the size of disk usage+database is within 500 MB. Again, it was said that the database size can be anything, but what mattered was disk usage. But, now, both of it is within 500 MB i suppose. What name should i rename the file...

Request you to kindle remove the main domain URL from the post. It must be well within 500 MB (including the database), but the control panel shows more than that.

@Eric S Can you have a check now. I worked on removing unnecessary data from the account. Yet the site is not loading on the browser.

I need to manage the data in it. Once i get the chance, i shall delete the unwanted data in the database.

Update: Had a check from my side, .htaccess files seem to be unaltered. 404 error seems to be due to some other issue.

I did revert the change. But, it doesn't seem to work. I haven't meddled with .htaccess folder at all.

I have been using X10 for some years, yet my domain doesn't have a SSL certificate. Can i know where i can find the SSL certificate for my default domain? I think i need to activate it since couple of freinds have asked me when they visit my website.
