All my files under my account have vanished. Is this a system problem. Initially I thought my accoount was suspended. but that is not the case.

Hello My account was suspended due to inactivity. I have now logged into the forum but was still not able to reactivate my account. Please let me know if I need to do anything at my end to take care of this.
