    Can't get into cPanel or FTP

    Hi again, I think I got it to work. I changed my password. After clicking on the cPanel icon, I still get the "login attempt failed" message. I enter my ID and new password and now I can get in. cPanel FTP functionality appears to work fine. Please feel free to close the thread. Thanks.

    Hi there, I tried getting into cPanel but it says "login failed". I try typing in my two usernames wujam and wujam1 and passwords but that fails too. I searched but there doesn't appear to be any FTP access now. Please advise how I can upload files. Thanks very much for your assistance.
