If i do not upload any thing on site is there a time when it gets cloesd ? Just wondering as the servers are kinda slow atm so was planning to get started when servers are running fine again ...

Allright before i applied to this service i had site ready on my own computer but could not import the mysql files that i had to X10hosting databas blocked or some thing ? any way not big issue gone just fix it again just wondering :)
