Is there a way to delete and/or reset my hosting account? I really can't log in with my current hosting account here in fris. I already tried to log in using my old username and password from lotus and tried resetting it. I'll just start again from scratch

Hmmm... This happened after the last lotus&cossacks update. I know my server was lotus but I got transferred to fris. I haven't tried resetting my password from the account panel. Should I try resetting it?

name of subdomain is myportfolio.gelodj.com, I configured it on my DNS server under CNAME just like thecocktailglass.gelodj.com

I created a 3rd sub-domain for my website but it's not working even if it's configured properly and I place an index file in the folder for my sub-domain. It keeps on redirecting me to x10hosting.com's home page.

Actually in Lotus it is not enabled, cPanel is looking for a pg class file or something like that. I can't create any database even using the wizard.
