It seem I was not very clear. The backup I would like to restore is from another host(a complete backup from the cpanel's normal backup section).

I need a backup restored(data and mysql), it is in the public_html directory but I am unsure of how. Edit:Thanks for the reply. I was able to figure out how to do it manually.
