I am unable to log in to my account, probably for inactivity. I paid the $3 fee to avoid inactivity but still was unable to log in. I opened a support ticket about a week ago but recived no reply and now I dont even see the ticket listed. What is going on?

Hi I tried to unsuspend my account but keep getting the same message. I paid the extra $3 to keep active but still can't access. please advise thx
