No need to apologise Hellsheep, I can only imagine how hectic it has been for you! I have cleared my cache and DNS as instructed, but still have the same problem, i.e. the add-on domain isn't listed in cPanel (but can't be added) and when I browse to the domain I still get the 'Default Web Site...
