I have been suspended for high resource usage. I am in the middle of moving my site back to your servers so there is no visitors other than me as the DNS servers haven't been updated yet. All I was doing was updating smf, and I don't see how this could have caused a high CPU usage.

I'm not going to try and make any stupid excuses, I didn't read the ToS before and got suspended. Is it possible for my account to be reset so I can use it again or am I allowed to make a new one? I have read them this time to make sure I don't get suspended again.
