I have php-nuke and have uploaded the desired theme into the theme folder. But it does not appear on the list when selecting themes. What am i doing wrong?

i have installed php-nuke with fantastico and when i click the link to go to the site i doesnt work. I have done nothing else or edited anyting else. What do i do next?
