Hi there. I'm trying to change my main domain to jeev.co, but when I do, it says "The domain you have supplied is already in use." What should I do to fix this problem?

After coming back from my hols, found my account was automatically suspended for inactivity on the forums. Logged into the forums, and clicked to unsuspend my account. That was 3 or so days ago. Still waiting over here. :S

Ok, it's working now; however I'm getting a lot of 503 errors. Might well be because of shared hosting. Either way, just making y'all aware.

Not sure if you're aware, but the SQL databases (at least for stoli server) are taking a long time to load, and are eventually timing out and not connecting. They've been slow for a few days, and now they don't seem to be working at all. Just letting you know if you didn't already. EDIT: the...

I'm unable to log into cPanel, depsite news saying that the problem is resolved. I have tried changing my password several times, and even though it says it has been changed, I still cannot log in. Help!

Ok, that's good that they're still safe. Any ideas when they can be back online?

All of my MySQL databases have been cleared, along with the users. I can't add new databases or users either. Not sure what the problem is, maybe something to do with recent updates? Would like to get my databases back.. if not, at least be able to readd. Thanks
