I have been suspended for inactivity. However, I am unable to unsuspend my account. There is no option to do so; the control panel reads that i can self-unsuspend. How?

Hello, My account is suspended and I cannot unsuspend it. When I logon to the account, the suspension warning is posted. I click on the Suspension detail and i am directed to a page that outlines a suspension request was "completed", however I cannot access my account. Please advise...
