How can I unsuspend my account for high usage?. How can I solve this problem?

I keep getting this message with my account suspension "Reached maximum allowed cronjobs per time interval - 1 cronjob execution allowed per 5 minutes" I changed the time interval and yet you keep suspending my account. Please advice me on how to prevent further suspension of my account. Thank you
