    Cpanel & forum accounts

    I had an account before upgrade, but now I am having problems linking forum and cpanel and more importantly the website isn't always available. How can I correct this Please help! I love the new look, its easy to use.

    File upload

    I have tried to upload 3 files: one is ahtml file and the other 2 are word documents. I can see them in the public html file, but they cannot be opened from the website. please help!!

    I set up my website, but now I want to add more files and another page. I uploaded the files. Transferred them to the public html but I cannot view them. Why?
