I read the account issues with Boru but they are not fixed for me? This is the third I am requesting for my c Panel folders to be created so I can not start again. I lost a lot of time waiting, more then 3 weeks. I WANT YOU TO DELETE MY WHOLE HOSTING ACCOUNT SO I CAN START OVER FRESH.

Any help would be appreciated. I have been having this problem for two weeks now. What is worse is that there is no official announcement about it. I see other people reporting the same problem. Sad.

When I visit my file manager, there is no folder, just "/home/username/". Folder and files are missing.

Hello, Today, I logged in only to find out that my files are gone. My domain is "hhhzzzarn.co.cc" or "roots-pvp.co.cc". What is the reason behind this. I am expecting an answer as quickly as possible please. My server is "boru". I guess, others are having the same problem.
