I would like to know what is going on with my account. 1 day it's up, the next day it's down. Then it's back up but all my files are gone. I upload all my files again, to have it work for 2 days and now all the files are gone again. Why can't my account just be left alone?

Hi, I have the same problem. It was mentioned that the file restoration process is almost complete as of 14th. Today is the 16th. Any idea when it will be back up and running again? Cheers, Kathi

thank you for your reply. I normally get my mail forwarded and I haven't received any of the forwarded mail. Is that function still working?

Will all emails sent to the server be saved and re-appear once the server is up again or will they be lost for ever? Katotr

I got the same warning with over 9 months left in my subscription! I sent an angry email. Let see what they say.
