Can you reset my account. For some reason it is completely broken.

Changed my password and that didn't work. When I look on the account management page it shows that I have used 0MB and 0MB free in both the size and bandwidth sections and when I click on my home page poseidon.x10hosting.com is shows that the page does not exist and the site is not created yet.
