My problem was happening since before a couple of days ago (where it says the update began). If you don't have any other insight aside from that, please say so.

The PHP mail function used to work fine for me, until what seems to be a couple of weeks ago when everything stopped mailing. I never get email anymore through the php mail function, and I haven't changed any code.
