I've been hosted here for a while now, at least half a year, but I haven't really had the time to work on my site or anything...I want to know what's wrong with my account.. Is it because I've been inactive for a while?

I need a script that allows people to vote for one person per category, like an awards ceremony thing. There are several categories and about 6 people nominated for each one. There are around 10-11 categories. Are there any scripts out there that can do this, and the results don't get displayed...
