This is weird. I went back in to see if I could send and receive emails, and everything's suddenly back to normal. All my emails are back and the errors are gone. Did something change in the last 15 mins or so?

No, they weren't. I had a large amount of emails from the past few weeks, and they all disappeared. Plus, these error emails date back quite a while, which doesn't make sense since they didn't exist until today.
