I have been having this problem on and off for a number of months now, but it is starting to get more frequent. Emails that I send to hotmail.co.uk accounts are getting rejected (I'm not sure about hotmail.com accounts). The error seems to be reported as "Remote host said: 421 RP-001" This is...
