What is with account "rokitdog" ?? I registred this account today, and my forum and cPanel is perfect working, but this account does not exist! I can not log in to my account panel! I not violated any rule, and this time, I dont use not licenced vBulletin, I use SMF ;) What is the problem???

Where in the Terms of Service write that hosting the vBulletin script prohibited? I do not see this. So, vBulletin script is allowed, is not it? (sorry for my bad English :/ )
