Yes, I am using ftp username and password. I am a new user. I just created the account today.

I tried to launch the website builder from cpanel. It won't allow me to get to step #2 because of the warning message say "Username or Password incorrect". I am prettry sure that I input them correctly. How do I resolve this issue? Thanks a lot!
