getting a 509 error at http site and can not login to ftp/cpanel have been offline due to computer issues

My account is suspended and I need edit codes to unsuspend however it seems my password is somehow changed , I can not reset while suspended .. ::lol:: and I can not login to fix pages.. helppp.. cuaght in mean little looop
