Neither Google Chrome or Internet Explorer can find my website, www.koriciza.org. Account panel says my account is active. Please help.

My account was suspended because I forgot to log in regularly enough. I have requested an unsuspension, but I keep getting error code B9B23B5D on the hosting account actions page.

My domain, www.koriciza.org cannot be accessed by a friend of mine in Burundi. He has flushed his DNS cache, but he is still unable to access. He pinged the domain and all four packets of data were lost. HellSheep asked me to find out his IP address to check if the X10 firewall was blocking...

OK, he has now pinged the site from his PC, it pinged 74.63.233.3, it said the request timed out, 4 packets had been sent, none received and 4 lost. Does this sound like a problems with his network? Anything he can do to fix?

As a test, I got some free webspace from my ISP and uploaded the website to that too - http://homepage.ntlworld.com/leigh.mitchinson/ - and he has no problem accessing the site here. That was why I wondered if it was a problem with the x10hosting...
