I have unsuspended it but the reason is that I used too much of the CPU or the memory... And I havn't...

Why did my account get suspended? I have found the reason and, requested to unsuspend but, why did i get suspended in the first place? I do not controll the cpu usage and the memory used from the bandwith is only 0.24mb/24mb if im currect and the limit is 10024mb... I do not understand this...
