I went into MySQL to create a user, and the database and forums user had been created by the Softalicious install. The forums user had all priveledges, so I created an admin user and I gave all priveledges to the admin user also. Still the same error. I should have added more detail about...

I did before I tried to install it maunally, but then deleted it all to try Softalicious when it didn't work. Should I delete it all again, re-create the database with the admin user then try Softalicious again?
