I added the add-on domain back in March sometime and it worked fine up until a couple of weeks ago. I have two add-on domains; one works and the other doesn't. I checked the file it is pointing to and it is pointing to the right folder? I'm thinking of just removing it and then re-adding it...

I have two sub-domain and one is working but the other one is down (bluewaterfriendsofnra.org). I checked my domain registar and everything is fine there. I have no activities pending either. Please help... Marcus

I have 2 sites I am hosting with you and they are both down. I logged into my panel and I don't show any suspensions or any actions waiting. When I go to the website it times out after a minute of loading and gives me page cannot be found. Please help!!!

Help Please, I need to update my website information and can't seem to find my cPanel (control panel). I read a post that said go to websitename.x10hosting.com:2082 and you should be able to login, I tried this. I do get a login screen, but when I try to login it does nothing. Looks like it...
