I would like my hosting account to be closed. X10 is an awesome company. I don't have time to setup a site and would like the space I'm taking up to go to better use and be used by someone who needs it. I have deleted all of my files and will not hold x10 liable for any data/file loss.

I am completely locked out of the account (No CPanel, ftp, or webmail access) My site is still up because I redirected it to another host, I would prefer to stay with x10 because they are reliable but, I've had my account suspended for 3 weeks without receiving a reason.

Just wondering if there was any update to why I was suspended. I know I had purchased the inactivity timer for 1 year so that I didn't need to log into the forums but I was still actively logging into the forums, Thought this would help if this was the reason for suspension.

I did that It listed the reason as not supplied or not available (I tried to check but account panel is down); and said to open a support ticket to find out more (or wording to that affect like i said account panel is down).

I hate the fact that the the staff at X10 is permitted to suspend accounts without reason?? I've entered a support request and am still waiting for the reason of my suspension?

I pointed my domain servers and My site still doesn't work. It was working fine since i transferred to X10 and the other day (Thursday) It just stopped working. I do not know what the problem is can anyone help me.
