I started a previous thread about modifying my domain and it was pushed to a support ticket, I followed the links but the ticket has now gone and the issue unresolved

I've been trying to use the control panel to modify my domain from a .x10hosting.com subdomain to a tld I've signed up for on another site but when ever I submit the request it comes back with error ERRS85030. Could somebody manually modify it for me?
