Thanks fo the replies guys - one of the things that wasn't working was the PHP mail function and it has been announced that that WILL be down for the moment on x10 hosting. I'm considering upgrading to Premium :)

How long do you think it'll take? :S Seems a little strange that you get suspended because you don't sign in to the forums - I'm still actively updating the site... If I upgrade to Premium, will the suspension be lifted? Can I then run my site without having to sign in to the forums?!
