Despite now being 100% certain that I have the correct password set, I still can't log into the cPanel for my web hosting account ... if this issue is not resolved in 24 hours, we will be looking for another web hosting service, seeing as our money does not appear to be well spent here.

For some reason, the password I have for the cPanel on my browser is registering as invalid, and I can't find any reset password option; please reset the password for me so I can update my site!

It's been quite some time since my account was "moved", yet I *still* can't access it, and for the same reason as before! This *really* needs to be fixed... and now!!!
