Click on Service Alerts produces the following cute page. Message indicating Not Found .... E-mail Support (see attached) depends on Outlook so I can't use it so here is my report.

I am sure everyone connected with X10 hosting would do everything they can to change the perception McAfee reports to the world. Is this the first report of this? Is anyone working with McAfee to remove this irresponsible warning?

Manage my Account should link to x10hosting.com/control Reported previously but NO ACTION taken. One would think something this obvious would receive immediate attention!

It has been a few day now that I have been unable to get FTP access. Site is up and running but server fails to respond to FPT login. ftp://ftp.fekete.x10hosting.com/public_html has worked for months but server fails to respond (on Absolut) pings OK. About all the help I can provide.
