Me too - I was on Cossacks but now on Fris.

OK. I got past the certificate warning. I can now see that my domain name is not listed as an addon any more. However, when I try to re-add it I get another failure saying that it is already configured - is it stuck on the old cossacks server? If so can it be released?

My site www.motherearthevents.co.uk is not yet up. I was on Cossacks and so I believe all should be well. I logged onto my account and found I am now on Fris but when tried to logon to Cpanel I got a security certificate warning so I did not proceed.

Thanks again Vishal2. This did not work. I have since found out from the administrators of the company network I was using that their firewall blocks using a non-standard port - so I just can not log on from there!

Thanks Vishal2 but unfortunately I do not know what you mean by 'flush your DNS'.

I successfuly logged into my account panel (mearth) and clicked on the link to login to Cpanel but the address did not work. Is there a problem with CPanel today on Cossacks? (My website works).

My username is 'mearth'. I can log into the account panel and the forum but I can not log into Cpanel (using same username/password as the account panel and forum). I thought all the passwords were set to the same. Can anyone advise what is wrong?
