i cant access FTP on filezilla or Cpannel and cpannel dosent load

this is the error Error from park wrapper: mybbcentral.co.cc is already configured. But i want my main domain to be mybbcentral.x10hosting.com and my cpannel parked domain to be mybbcentral.co.cc

I have the name servers like that also i cant park it either Edit: I just noticed i cant change my domain at all

I want to change my url to mybbcentral.co.cc and have tried in the control pannel but it doesnt update it stays to the old url i have waited for the it to complete and it dosent chnage
