I tried changing my password like Derek suggested, and now when I click on the CPanel button the page does't load. I get a "Webpage is unavailable" message, in two different browsers. More information would be appreciated. Thanks,

Apparently there was something switched on the back end with the server. My hosting server is now Fris. But I cannot log into Cpanel. It says there is a problem with the website's security and gives me the error "login failed". I cannot upload to my FTP, I cannot update my website.

I have spent the last hour reading stuff on this website, I can't find this info anywhere. I am trying to map to my FTP in Windows 7, and I need the server address. Thanks,
