I created my accout last 2 days. and i uploaded my files here successfully. but today x10hosting mailed me for forum discussion. then i registered in forum. now they mailed me my account has been suspend. why? This is very important for me to active my account. Please Now what i can i have to do

I just uploaded joomla pack via FTP. but our electricity power is too low for this coz i faced loadshedding at uploding file via FTP. After that i upload some files here. but now when i want to install joomla pack it show some problem...please help
