Can anybody tell me that why I tried to login to phpMyAdmin, it says the username or password is wrong, I'm confused by this

I'm a free user, ;-) I find that sometimes my website is unavailable it displays the connection is timeout the address is http://lib.x10.mx I just put a wordpress blog there, can anybody tell me why sometimes It's offline? thanks in advance!
