it is mostly for 5/10 minutes down adn then it is 1 hour online and i have another question is it true that 1 june all the free accounts are going to be unmetered?

Hi all, i have my website at chopin server but i have a few problems since 2/3 weeks ago its is alot time down does someone know why i like x10hosting so i want to stay and not leave for downtime. I hope someone can fix it.
