Haha sorry, that makes more sense. Tried a webproxy and it let me log in. Who do I inform/what should I do now?

Unfortunately, that's the address that isn't working for me. It just constantly loads and then ends up being completely blank. Tried other browsers as well. So I should try a proxy then? Seems like an overly complicated solution.

I can't seem to access either of them. Nothing comes up when I either type in the address or click on the cPanel button.
